LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

Tiili are looking for a dynamic and driven, experienced lettings negotiator to join our expanding lettings department.

Responsibilities

• Registering applicants
• Arranging and conducting viewings. 
• Establishing relationships with potential landlords.
• Actively seeking opportunities for potential new listings.
• Building trusted relationships with landlords, managing expectations and ensuring they are kept updated throughout the letting process.
• Working alongside the property management team to provide efficient communication with our landlords and tenants.

A full clean driving licence is needed for this role. 

SALES NEGOTIATOR 

Tiili have a position for an experienced Property Sales Negotiator. 

Previous experience is essential as is a full UK driving licence and good knowledge of the Norwich area. 

Responsibilities 

• Book and carry out appraisals and valuations. 
• Carry out viewings. 
• Negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to completion. 
• Canvas valuation leads and maximise business opportunities. 
• Support the lettings team.

PROPERTY MANAGER 

A successful property manager is dynamic, professional and well organised. They will need excellent communication skills for dealing with both clients and tenants with  ‘a can do attitude’ and quick to problem solve. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a large portfolio of managed properties.
• Dealing with all maintenance and repair works that need to be carried out. 
• Ensuring all properties are compliant with licenses and certificates.
• Building and maintaining a strong relationship with all landlords and tenants. 
• Oversee all new tenancies and tenancy renewals. 
• Liaise between landlords and tenants with any issues that may arise. 
• General office management. 

SUB CONTRACTORS - MULTI SKILLED TRADESMEN 

Multi-skilled tradesmen required. Tiili are always looking for sub-contractors for the following trades:  Plumbers, Electricians, Gas Engineers, General Maintenance, Painting and Decorating and Cleaning. 

We wish to speak to people who are proactive in delivering a professional service. You must have significant demonstrable experience in a similar position in a responsive repairs and or/building maintenance or similar organisation. As well as possessing a number of trades skills, you will also have the attitude of attempting to fix problems first time.
