Refunds are at the discretion of the management and may be taken into consideration on a case by case basis.
Future Pay/Recurring Payments:
FuturePay allows you to pay for goods/services online, by regular instalments. Your debit or credit card is periodically charged for an agreed length of time and amount. This process is the online equivalent to a ‘Direct Debit’ or ’Standing Order’ payment.
The recurring payment will be for the length of any agreement, and will be required either on a monthly or weekly payment as per your agreement with us.
Once you have set up a recurring payment online, you will receive a FuturePay I.D. By using this I.D it will allow you to monitor your transactions, make any changes to your card and details. You will also be able to cancel your recurring transaction if required.
